TELSYNK MALAYSIA

How to Read Channel Ratings and Reviews on Telsynk

What a rating represents

A rating is the average of stars from user reviews approved by an admin. It reflects user experience, such as admin behaviour, clarity of information and payment issues. It is not proof that signals are profitable, and Telsynk does not audit profit or loss.

Why some channels have no rating

A rating is shown after at least 3 reviews are published, so a single review does not decide the overall score.

How "Top rated" ordering works

The order uses a weighted average. A channel with many reviews is trusted more than a channel with a single five-star review. A new channel moves up as reviews accumulate.

How to judge a review

  • A useful review mentions details: how long they followed, payment experience, admin behaviour and pressure to upgrade to VIP.
  • Be careful with generic praise that sounds alike, or many reviews arriving very close together.
  • Read low-star reviews too and look for what is consistent.
  • Dates matter. An experience from a year ago may have changed.

Owner verification

The "Owner verified" badge means an admin has reviewed an ownership claim for the channel. Owners cannot edit or delete reviews.

Writing a useful review

  • Write your own experience and do not make accusations without evidence.
  • Do not include personal information or account numbers.
  • State facts, such as the amount paid and how long access took.
  • Each account can write one review per channel.

Reporting a review

If you see a fake review or one that breaks the guidelines, log in and use the "Report review" button on that review.

A rating is a user opinion and is not investment advice.
